Geneviève Dugré has been promoted to senior vice-president, operations – Quebec, at Sobeys. She has over 17 years of experience in strategy, operations and organizational development.
In this new position, Dugré will guide the Quebec retail operations team in achieving organizational objectives and pursuing sales growth, in a rapidly changing environment.
According to the company, Dugré has distinguished herself in many ways since joining Sobeys in 2013 as senior director, talent management, organizational development and internal communications in the human resources team.
Previously, Dugré held various positions in retail operations, including management of the Rachelle Béry banner and corporate IGA stores, after having accumulated seven years of success as a business consultant with the firm KMPG.
