Alex Miller has been appointed president and CEO of Alimentation Couche-Tard, effective September 6. He succeeds Brian Hannasch, who is retiring and will continue with the company as a special advisor.
Miller most recently was chief operating officer of the company. Prior to this role, he was executive vice president, North America operations and senior vice president, commercial optimization. He has more than 25 years of management experience in the retail fuel and convenience store industry and has been with Couche-Tard for close to 13 years.
Hannasch has served as CEO of the company for the past 10 years and has been with Couche-Tard for 25 years in senior executive roles.
